dimpled holes in VS-1001, all ribs side flanges, countersunk deeper 0007"" (refer to manual Section V) in order to accomodate skin, mark rudder hinges, final drilled VS-1010, VS1011, VS1012. deburred all holes
AVOIDED DIMPLING AND COUNTERSINKING OF FAIRING HOLES MARKED IN PREVIOUS STEP.
GOTCHA: spar hole corresponding to last hole on skin has been countersunk by mistake in step 8.
Disassembled all parts and mark all the parts
Deburred all the parts
Dimpled flange holes Vs-1003 abouve the machine countersunk holes
Final drilled #12 all hinge single holes
